Infusion with ginger, lemon and turmeric

Ingredients :
- 550ml water
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 2cm ginger
- 1 C. honey
- 1 C. turmeric
Preparation :

First, peel and grate the ginger using hourscro-grater. The goal ? Collect as much of the plant pulp as possible.

Cut your two lemons into fairly thick slices.

Boil a pot of water and add the lemon, ginger, turmeric and honey. Turn off the heat and let sit for 30 mins.

As soon as the time is up, filter and reheat the preparation for 1 to 2 minutes before tasting!
Tips
To feel all the flavors of the infusion, consume it preferably at room temperature. Also prefer this beverage on an empty stomach or at snack time, rather than at the end of the day.
