Inexpensive fish cakes in 15 minutes

- 20 g white fish (cod type)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 onion
- 1 C. breadcrumbs

Rest 5 minutes
Peel and chop the onion, mix the fish with the onion and the chervil.
Carve an onion
Beat the whole egg with a little salt.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a deep plate.
Form two or three balls with the fish, flatten them, dip them in the beaten egg and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, place the croquettes and let them cook for 6 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
