Hummus or bean spread

Ingredients :
- 300g organic beans
- 1 C. tablespoon organic sunflower seeds
- juice of 1/4 organic lemon
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt-cumin
Preparation :

Soak the sunflower seeds while preparing the beans.

Cook the beans for 5 to 10 minutes in salted boiling water.

Drain and let cool.

Pour the beans into a blender with the drained sunflower seeds, lemon juice, salt, cumin and degermed garlic clove.

Mix and add the olive oil until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
Tips
Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
