Hot chocolate with coconut milk
The frosts of autumn are not a reason to let go, however, on the bad fats and the glycemic indices of madness, even if the bathing suits are put away until next summer. I told you recently, comfort food is not necessarily unhealthy… I suggest this hot chocolate with a low glycemic index and lactose-free since it only contains coconut milk.
