Hot chocolate with coconut milk
The frosts of autumn are not a reason to let go, however, on the bad fats and the glycemic indices of madness, even if the bathing suits are put away until next summer. I told you recently, comfort food is not necessarily unhealthy… I suggest this hot chocolate with a low glycemic index and lactose-free since it only contains coconut milk. - 20 centiliters of coconut milk
- 30 grams of water
- 35 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon agave syrup
- For decoration:
- soy whipped cream
- pecan slivers rolled in agave syrup
Preparation 2 min
Cooking 8 mins
Put the coconut milk, the crushed chocolate in a saucepan with the vanilla and the water. Heat over low heat, stirring, until the chocolate is completely melted.
Off the heat, add the agave syrup and pour into a cup and decorate as desired. Strong natures can pour a drop of rum into it (good there, we’re no longer in the healthly, but it’s good too!)
Serve immediately, before the whipped cream has melted.
Whip a whipped cream
Enjoy a cocooning moment.
