Honey ice cream
Ingredients :
- 4 egg yolks
- 50 g caster sugar
- 60g of honey
- 400ml milk
- 200 ml heavy cream
- optional: vanilla

Boil the milk (with vanilla if you want to sweeten the taste).

In a bowl, beat the yolks and the sugar until the mixture whitens, pour the milk into the bowl, mix well, pour the preparation back into the pan and heat, stirring, until the mixture forms a film on the back of the wooden spoon (be careful, it must not boil).

Incorporate the honey, then the fresh cream and let cool, churn and enjoy your honey ice cream!
