- 1 banana peeled and cut into slices
- 1 C. honey
- 3 tbsp. ohoursal
- 25 cl of milk
- 5 cl of lemon juice
Preparation 5 minutes
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth texture.
Enjoy your honey and banana smoothie immediately, decorated with a few oat flakes and hoursnt leaf.
For a complete breakfast, add about ten hazelnuts and hoursnds to your preparation. If you are vegan, replace the honey with agave syrup or maple syrup, and the milk with hoursnd or rice cream.
