Homemade cream hot chocolate
- 150g dark pastry chocolate
- 50 cl whole milk
- 20 g liquid cream

Cooking 10 minutes
Pour the milk, then the liquid cream into a saucepan on the heat.
Mix and bring to a boil.
In the meantime, on a plate, break the dark chocolate into pieces.
Put them in another pan.
Then pour the cream and milk mixture over the chocolate.
