Homemade cheeseburgers
A recipe for homemade cheeseburgers that is simple to make but still delicious and delicious!
Ingredients :
- 1 tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves (lettuce or iceberg for example)
- 4 fresh minced steaks
- 8 slices of hamburger cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 tbsp. mustard
- 4 tbsp. ketchup
- fine salt and ground pepper.
Preparation :

Heat your plancha. Salt and pepper the minced steaks on both sides then grill them on your plancha, over high heat, without adding fat.

Let the minced steaks cook to the desired doneness (rare, medium or well done) turning them halfway through cooking.

Wash and cut the tomato into 8 thin slices. Wash and shred the green salad.

Spread half of each bun with mustard and the other half with ketchup.

Place a slice of cheese, a tomato slice and then a lettuce leaf on each of the hamburger bun halves. Salt and pepper.

Place hoursnced steak then close to form 4 homemade cheeseburgers.

Spend your homemade cheeseburgers 5 to 6 minutes in your oven, in grill mode, until the cheese begins to melt.

Serve your homemade cheeseburgers immediately and enjoy them hot, accompanied by fries and salad.
Diet:
Make your homemade minced steaks by mixing together minced meat with 1 clove of garlic, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. coffee Provencal herbs, salt and pepper.
Tips
You can add a slice of bacon on the hamburger patties for even more gourmet homemade cheeseburgers or vary the sauces you use to make your cheeseburgers (mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, samurai sauce, etc.).
