What could be better, to delight young and old alike, than delicious homemade hamburgers? Quick and easy to prepare, they can be served with fries, baked potatoes or a salad for a healthy and tasty alternative to “fast food”. You can of course decorate this recipe with some pickles, fried onions and a slice of bacon for even more pleasure! Guaranteed success for hoursal with family or friends!
Ingredients :
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 fresh minced steaks
- 8 slice(s) Cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 20g Margarine
- Ketchup
Preparation :

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.

Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves. Cut them into small pieces by hand.

Cut the hamburger buns in half and quickly toast them in the toaster.

In a skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat until it foams slightly. Place the steaks.

Halfway through cooking, turn them over and place a slice of cheese on each one and finish cooking.

Meanwhile, spread the breads with ketchup (or the sauce of your choice).

On each lower half, place a slice of cheese, a little lettuce and a few slices of tomatoes.

Finally, lay the just-cooked steak, melted cheese side up. Remove the lids and serve immediately.

Making homemade burgers means having control over the choice of ingredients, quantities, fat content: always a good point!
Tips
For an even more authentic and tasty result, make your homemade patties! For this, count 100 to 150 g of minced beef per person. Mix it with a very finely chopped onion and 1 egg for the binder (count 1 egg for 4 patties). Then flavor the preparation to your taste with dehydrated garlic, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and why not a little grated phourssan and spices of your choice.
