- 1 can of 400g hearts of phours
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 spring onion
- 1 C. teaspoon lemon or lime juice
- 8 c. olive oil
Preparation 10 minutes
Drain the hearts of phoursand put them in the bowl of a blender.
Add the crushed garlic and then the coarsely chopped onion.

How to degerm garlic?
Keep some of the spring onion stalks and chop them finely.
Chop your vegetables
Blend to puree and add the lemon juice and olive oil.
Mix again until you obtain a fine and smooth purée.
Transfer to a salad bowl, salt and mix.
Store in the fridge and take out 5 to 10 minutes before serving. At the last moment, pepper on top and pour the stems of the onion.
It is possible to put two cloves of garlic. The taste will be more pronounced and more like a garlic cream that can be served as an accompaniment to grilled meats.
