Healthy banana and ohoursal pancake
Here is a sweet recipe perfect for breakfast or for a snack, for both young and old: healthy banana and ohoursal pancakes. This is a super easy and super quick recipe to make, in addition to being super good.
- 90g gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 C. honey
- 1 C. oil soup
Preparation 10 minutes
Cooking 5 minutes
In your blender, put the oats and mix them. Then add the bananas, egg, cinnamon and honey. Start blending again until you get a smooth mixture.
Heat your skillet and oil it. Add a ladle of pancake batter and cook for 1 minute. Flip your pancake and cook for another minute. Repeat the process until the dough is used up.
You can serve your pancakes with banana, maple syrup or even hoursnds.
