Hazelnut milk hot chocolate
Here is a recipe for hot chocolate with hazelnut milk ideal for people who cannot consume dairy products. You can taste it plain or decorate it with vegan whipped cream.
- 800 g of hazelnut milk (i.e. 80 cl)
- 160g vegan hazelnut chocolate
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons bitter cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. agave syrup
Preparation 5 minutes
Break the chocolate into a cul-de-poule. Add the cocoa.
Bring the hazelnut milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan with the agave syrup.
Remove the milk from the heat and pour it into the cul-de-poule, whisking to emulsify everything.
Serve in the cups or mugs of your choice and serve immediately.
For an even tastier hazelnut milk hot chocolate, add ½ tsp. ground cinnamon, if you like.
