Hamburger without bun, with potato pancakes

Ingredients :
- 200 grams of Segala beef
- 4 potatoes
- 1 C. tablespoon organic tomato coulis
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 1 pickle
- 40 grams of emmental cheese
- 0.5 lettuce or equivalent
- 1 C. mustard
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- vinegar

Prepare the potato pancake: peel and grate the potatoes.

Spread them on a clean tea towel to dry them well.

Add salt and pepper. We advise you to put a certain quantity (1/2 teaspoon of pepper) to raise well.
