Tips
You can have fun customizing this recipe by adding, for example, grated cheese such as Gruyère, Comté, or mozzarella, or small cubes of blue cheese. You can of course replace the green olives with black olives, which are stronger in taste. And if you don’t eat ham, replace it with crumbled tuna, it’s excellent too! As you will have understood, the great thing about savory cakes is that you can vary the pleasures to infinity! Yippee!
