Ham and black olive cake
- 150g flour
- 200g diced ham
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon black olives, pitted and sliced
- 4 eggs
- 10 cl of milk
- 80 g of grated cheese
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 C. oil soup
Preparation 50 mins
Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C) Take a bowl and put the flour and baking powder in it.
Beat the eggs with a fork, then mix them with the flour and baking powder.
Then add the milk and oil little by little, and stir everything together.
Add the ham, Gruyère cheese and black olives to the preparation.
Cover the cake tin with butter and pour the dough into it.
Bake for 45 mins.
Wait until the cake is lukewhoursbefore unmolding it.
