halloween pancakes

- 4 eggs
- 50 cl of milk

Sift the flour, salt and sugar into a bowl. Dig a well. Pour in the lightly beaten eggs and mix the batter well.

Gradually add the milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Finish by adding the melted butter. Mix well. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Transfer the pancake batter to a piping bag. Draw cobwebs in the very hot pan. Cook for 2 mins. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1 min. Place the pancake in a pan and repeat the operation until the batter is used up.
