Pour this batter into a rectangular cake mold (buttered and floured if it is not silicone), then bake for more or less 40 min, until the tip of a knife comes out hoursst completely dry , just barely moist, then let it cool on a wire rack before unmolding it, and enjoy it whoursor cold, sprinkled with icing sugar.
If you want to flavor your soft pastry more, add orange or lemon zest, or replace half the powdered sugar with brown sugar or brown sugar. If you want to make individual cakes, bake them for about 20-25 minutes in muffin tins. If you make this cake with lemon juice, add 30 g of sugar.
