Gougères with Laughing Cow and chives
- 8 portions of Laughing Cow
- 125g flour
- 100g butter
- 4 eggs
- chopped chives
- salt pepper

Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter with 25cl of water and bring to the boil.
Take off the heat, add the flour all at once, and mix well. When the dough forms a nice ball, stop.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Then add the Laughing Cow portions and the chives. Season and mix well.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using small spoons, form small balls of dough and place them on the paper, making sure to space them well.
Bake for around 20 mins.
