Goat cheese cookies, pepper-eggplant puree and paprika
Ingredients :
- 200g flour
- 1 log of goat cheese
- 1 jar of pepper-aubergine puree
- paprika
- baking powder
- 100g salted butter
- 1 egg
- parsley
- salt pepper

Preheat your oven to 160°C (th.5-6).

In a bowl, pour the flour then add 1 tbsp. coffee yeast, salt, pepper and a little paprika.

Mix well.

On this mixture, put the salted butter and mix everything carefully by hand.

As soon as your dough seems crumbly enough, break in the egg and then the pepper-aubergine purée.
