Goat cheese and zucchini cake
- 300 g of goat cheese (1 log and a half)
- 5 zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 150g flour
- 8 cl of oil (2 tbsp)
- 12 cl of milk
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2 pinches of salt

Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).
Peel the courgettes to 3/4 and boil them in a pan of water.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, oil and milk.
In another bowl, mash the zucchini and the goat cheese, then mix the contents of the two bowls.
Add the yeast, salt and grated cheese. Mix everything well and pour into a cake tin.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes and check the cooking by pricking with a knife: it should come out dry.
