Gluten-free pancakes with apples and maple syrup
Ingredients :
- 200 g gluten-free flour
- 200ml lactose free milk
- 2 apples
- 1 egg
- 100g very fine granulated sugar
- 85g soft butter
- 5g butter
- Maple syrup
- ground cinnamon

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and 1 tbsp. cinnamon. Mix.

In a bowl, beat the egg and mix it with the milk. Gently fold in the dry ingredients (flour, sugar and cinnamon) using a wooden spoon.

Wash, peel and grate the apples. Add the grated apples to the previous preparation and mix everything together.

In a large non-stick skillet, melt the 5 grams of butter over medium heat.

Using a tablespoon, spread the dough in the pan and gently flatten it so that you have pancakes about 10 cm in diameter.

As soon as the first side is golden (after about 1 min), turn over and cook the other side for 1 min as well.

Keep whoursand repeat the operation until the dough is used up.

Over low heat and in a small saucepan, melt the 85 grams of soft butter. Add 3 tbsp. maple syrup and mix until butter and syrup are well combined.

Sprinkle the pancakes with this mixture and serve immediately!
