Giant Quick®-style burger
Giant Quick® hamburger The specificity of the Giant Quick® hamburger is its sauce. And if no one has the exact dosage of the famous recipe, the ingredients are known, here’s how to get closer to its irresistible sweet and salty taste at home. Without preservatives or additives, by the way, but with ketchup, capers and mayonnaise to sublimate a bun, two steaks and cheese!
Ingredients :
- 8 fine minced beef steaks
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of hamburger cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 onion
- Butter
- For the sauce:
- 12 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon pickled capers in a jar
- 2 tbsp. icing sugar
- Salt, ground pepper

Mix all the elements of the sauce, season with salt and pepper according to your tastes. Book.

Wash and spin the salad. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Cook the minced steaks for a few minutes on each side, in a frying pan over high heat with a knob of butter.

Heat open hamburger buns in a toaster or oven. Lay a lettuce leaf on each bottom half, then onion rings and a steak. Cover with a slice of cheese, sauce and a second steak, then close the buns.

If you are only interested in the sauce of the Giant Quick® hamburger, keep it but freely adapt the composition of the burger with a single steak, tomato rings, fried onions… or even with fish or chicken instead of the ground beef !
