Garlic langoustines
Ingredients :
- 20 langoustine tails
- 250g soft butter
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 C. chopped chives
- 1 C. lemon juice
- 1/4 of a tsp. Tabasco coffee
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- salt pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the shell of the langoustine tails in half. Place them in a baking dish.

Peel and chop the shallots and garlic.

Mix the butter, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, Tabasco, breadcrumbs and chopped chives in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.

Spread the mixture over the flesh of the langoustine tails.

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.

Serve immediately.
