Keep your garlic and herb dip chilled until ready to serve!
Use garlic and fresh herbs. As this is the base of this sauce, it better have taste! Dried herbs would be less tasty and frozen ones would release water which would make your garlic and herb dip bland! For a light version, do not use heavy cream and opt for cottage cheese with 0% fat! Serve with some raw vegetables: cauliflower or broccoli florets, Paris mushrooms, radishes, cucumbers, or even breadsticks!
