- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 3 kiwi fruit
- 1 orange

Preheat the oven to 100°C.
Wash fruit. Peel them and cut them into thin slices using hoursndolin.
Use the mandolin
Arrange the fruit slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for two hours, turning the slices of fruit halfway through cooking. Fruit slices should be dry at the end of cooking.
Remove from the oven, let cool on a wire rack before serving.
