Fried monkfish livers
Here is a recipe that is worth trying. We don’t often think of cooking monkfish livers and yet, this dish is delicious. Make this with a sauce of olive oil and cider vinegar, enjoy without further delay this recipe for pan-fried monkfish livers which will be ideal with fresh pasta or potatoes.
Ingredients :
- 2 monkfish livers
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- Salt pepper

Clean the monkfish livers. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil. Then place the livers in the pan. Cook them over high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Place them in a serving dish.

Deglaze the pan with 2 tbsp. cider vinegar and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of hot water, scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden spatula to loosen the fish juices. Salt, pepper and bring to a boil. Finally, pour the resulting sauce over the monkfish livers and enjoy.
Tips
Accompany this dish with fresh pasta such as tagliatelle, rice or steamed potatoes.
