Fluffy plain cake
The natural cake, the cake of our childhood, the one we made when we were little and which was our pride, our pleasure and our delight! - 160g flour
- 2 eggs
- 160g caster sugar
- 15 cl of milk
- 50g butter
- 1 packet of dry yeast

Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks using an electric whisk and mix them into the mixture. Butter and flour a cake tin. Place the dough in the mold and bake for about 30 minutes. Take the mold out of the oven. Let cool then unmold the cake.
