Fish shells with mayonnaise
Ingredients :
- 300 g cooked fish (this can be leftovers)
- 1 packet of mixed vegetables, frozen and cooked according to the instructions on the packet
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 bowl of prepared mayonnaise
- a few lettuce leaves
- parsley
- a few green or black olives
- 4 empty scallop shells

Thaw the salad and cook it.

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes then pass them under cold water, breaking the shell.

Peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.

While the eggs are cooking, prepare the mayonnaise.

Carefully peel the fish, remove bones and small skins. Mix it in a salad bowl with two thirds of the mayonnaise.

Arrange a few lettuce leaves, previously washed and wiped, in 4 empty scallop shells, distribute the salad then the fish.

Cover these shells with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Arrange half a hard-boiled egg and an olive on each of them.
Tips
To complete the decor, you can use large shrimp and beautiful red tomatoes.
