Filet mignon with Roquefort cheese
Ingredients :
- 1 pickled tenderloin
- 50g butter
- 200g roquefort cheese
- small potatoes
- salt pepper

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Cut the filet mignon lengthwise to about halfway.

Cut the Roquefort cheese into strips and peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.

Butter a dish and put the fillet and the potatoes in it, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and insert the Roquefort cheese inside the tenderloin, then put it back in the oven until it is completely cooked.

Serve immediately after cooking.
