Filet mignon with curry
Ingredients :
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 clove of garlic
- 6 baby onions
- 10 cl of water
- 25 cl liquid cream
- 1 small tbsp. thyme
- 1 large tbsp. curry
- sauceline to thicken the sauce
- 250g pasta
- 1 capsule of CŒUR DE BOUILLON® MAGGI® Vegetables

Cut the fillet into slices, brown it for 1 min on both sides, salt and pepper, remove them from the pan and brown the pepper for 2 min.

Add the baby onions, garlic, water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the meat, cream, curry, thyme and simmer for 8 minutes, add a little sauceline.

Cook your pasta in boiling water. Drain and mix with 1 capsule of CŒUR DE BOUILLON® MAGGI® Vegetables.
