Filet mignon in puff pastry
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 onion
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 2 slices of ham (white or smoked according to taste)
- 1 roll of puff pastry

Cooking 45 mins
Preheat the oven th.7 (210°C).
Slice the onion, brown it for 5 minutes without coloring in a pan with oil.
Chop your vegetables
Carve an onion
Remove it then in the same pan, brown the filet mignon on each side (about 10 min on each side) over low heat.
Add the onion and cook for 5 mins. Add salt and pepper.
Unroll the puff pastry, place the slices of ham on it, then the grated Gruyére and finally the filet mignon and the onion.
Fold the dough around the meat, close well and put the seam underneath.
Glaze with the egg yolk then bake for 45 min.
Serve with a salad
