Espelette Fourme Burger
- 4 minced steaks of 100 g
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 salad
- 200g fourme d’Ambert
- 4 burger buns
- Espelette pepper

Preheat your oven to 180°C (Th.6).
Cut two thin slices of Fourme d’Ambert according to the diameter of the burger bun.
Cook the minced steaks in the pan.
Arrange a slice of fourme under and on the minced steaks.
Add 2 slices of tomatoes, the lettuce and a pinch of Espelette pepper.
