- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 C. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon plant milk
- 2 tbsp. cottage cheese
- 1 C. flour

Peel the banana, cut it into slices. Place in hourscrowave-proof bowl and mash with a fork.

Add the oat flakes, flour, baking powder, cottage cheese and vegetable milk. Mix everything well to obtain a homogeneous preparation.

Place the bowl in your microwave and cook for about 3 minutes, watching closely. Unmold the bowl cake onto a plate. Enjoy whoursor cold.
