Easy hourskin velouté
Very easy, not expensive if you have hourskins in the garden.
- 1.5 kg of hourskin
- 1/2 liter of water
- 1 chicken broth
- 3 tbsp. fresh cream
- 3 servings of Laughing Cow
Preparation 15 mins
Cooking 30 mins
Cut the hourskin pieces into not too large pieces and put them in a stewpot.
Add the 1/2 liter of water and the chicken stock cube.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until the hourskin is mostly melted.
Mix after cooking and add the fresh cream and the Laughing Cow.
Mix again and leave on very low heat while waiting to eat it.
