easy meat pie
A tasty and easy meat pie will be a great starter for a festive meal. You can easily prepare it both in a large dish and in individual portions.
- 350g puff pastry
- 600g minced cooked meat
- 100 g small smoked bacon bits
- 1 onion
- 10g parsley
- 10g wheat flour
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 egg
- 1 C. oil soup
- 1 egg yolk for gilding
- Salt pepper
Preparation 15 mins
Cooking 45 mins
Preheat the oven to 150°C (thermostat 5).
Roll out half of the puff pastry using a rolling pin on your floured work surface.
Line hoursld with high edges, slightly wetting the edge.
Peel the onion, removing the germ and chop it. Sauté it in the pan with the oil. Add the minced meat, the bacon bits, the washed and chopped parsley. Pour in the white wine. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with wheat flour and mix well with a wooden spoon.

Spread this preparation in the puff pastry base. Roll out the rest of the dough with a rolling pin and cover the easy meat pie. Seal the edges of the dough well to close the pie.
Prick the top of the pie with a fork. Glaze it with the egg yolk beaten with a little bit of water.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
Serve your easy meat pie immediately, accompanied by a nice green salad with vinaigrette.
You can garnish your pie with hoursxture of meat. For this, you can combine ground beef with veal or veal and pork. For a lighter version, you can also choose poultry such as chicken. Be sure to pierce the top of the easy meat pie to promote cooking. You can also make a small chimney in the center of the pie.
