Easy Gluten Free Pineapple Cake

- For the caramel:

Water

Caster sugar

Preparation :

First, prepare the caramel. Pour the water and caster sugar into a saucepan. Heat over low heat without stirring until you get a nicely colored caramel. Pour the caramel into the bottom of an 18 cm springform pan.

Drain the pineapple slices in syrup. Arrange them in the mold on the caramel. Book.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and eggs. Add the oil and mix well until the batter is smooth. Pour the mixture into the mold over the pineapples.

Bake the cake for about 30 minutes (oven preheated to 200°C). Check the cooking of the cake with a knife blade: it should come out clean and dry. Take the cake out of the oven and unmold it immediately.
Tips
To make this gluten-free pineapple cake extrhoursist, save the syrup from the pineapples. Once out of the oven, immediately unmold the cake. Pour a few tablespoons of pineapple syrup over the hot cake. Guaranteed result!
