Easy fish phoursntier
It is possible to cover with grated cheese before baking.
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 5 beautiful white fish fillets
- 2 bricks of tomato coulis
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 liters of milk
- Provence herbs
- salt pepper
Preparation 1 hour
Cooking 15 mins
Boil or steam the potatoes.
Puree them with the milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Boil or steam the fish, then coarsely crumble it and set aside.
Heat a sauté pan with a little butter and sauté the chopped onions and chopped garlic.
Carve an onion
Add the fish, tomato coulis, Provence herbs, salt and pepper.
Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes. Pour mashed potatoes into a gratin dish.
Cover with a layer of fish, then again with mashed potatoes.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at th.7 (200°C).
