Easy Coconut Bites
Baking temperature is critical in keeping these coconut balls together.
- 125 g grated coconut
- 2 eggs
- 50g caster sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to th.6 (180°C).
Whisk the egg yolk and powdered sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the grated coconut.
Beat until stiff, 1 egg white with 1 pinch of salt. Gently fold into the previous mixture.
How to incorporate one preparation into another?
Form small balls with 2 teaspoons. Place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes at th.6 (180°C), then lower the oven temperature to th.5 (150°C).
Continue cooking for 20 minutes. Serve whoursor cold.
