Dracula Burger for Halloween
Super easy recipe to make and that has its little effect!! Our 4-year-old boy loved it and ate raw carrots for the first time: he couldn’t resist the monster’s ears!!!!!
- 4 burger buns
- 4 minced steaks
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- lettuce sprouts
- 1 carrot
Preparation 20 mins
Cooking 10 minutes
Cook the minced steaks in the pan. During this time, peel the carrot, thinly slice 2 then cut 8 small imp horns. Cut a pickle into slices and place a peppercorn in each slice to make the eyes.
Chop your vegetables
Stack 4 slices of cheddar on top of each other and cut the 2 ends in sawtooth.
Toast the buns for 5 minutes in the oven. Prepare the tops of the loaves by making 4 small notches and gently insert the eyes and horns.
Spread ketchup on the bottom of the buns, place the minced steaks. Season. Cover with the cheddar, letting the teeth stick out. Drizzle with ketchup, letting it overflow on the sides, bloody mouth style.
Place slices of pickles and a few salad shoots.
Close with the burger cap and serve immediately!
