Dips and raw vegetables
- 200g cottage cheese at 20% fat
- 6 pickles
- 10 sprigs of chervil
- 10 sprigs of tarragon
- 10 sprigs of parsley
- 1 spring onion
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- salt pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
Preparation 10 minutes
Rest 30 mins
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Wash, hull and chop the herbs. Also chop the pickles and the onion.
Carve an onion
Mix the cottage cheese with the mustard and lemon juice. Finally add the herbs, onion and pickles. Mix well and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Wash and peel the carrots and cucumbers, cut them into sticks. Wash radishes and cherry tomatoes. Serve everything in a large dish accompanied by the sauce.
