Diced tofu sautéed with sesame
Ingredients :
- 250g plain firm tofu
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 C. sesame oil
- 1 C. sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Preparation :

Drain the firm tofu and pat it dry with a paper towel. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and crush the garlic clove.

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper and then the garlic.

Cut the firm tofu into even dice.

Heat the sunflower oil in a wok.

Add the tofu cubes and brown them for 3 minutes on all sides, over medium to high heat.

Add the sauce, sesame seeds and mix until the sauce is completely absorbed by the tofu.
