Detox water lemon and peppermint

All you need for this is two lemons, water and peppermint and you’re done!

- 1 bunch of peppermint
- 500ml water

Wash the lemons. On a cutting board, cut the lemons into slices, keeping the skin on. Then remove the seeds and set aside. Wash the peppermint and then tear off the leaves.

Take a Mason Jar type jar to infuse your detox water. Place the lemon slices and peppermint in the jar. Pour in the water and stir lightly with a stirrer (used for cocktails). Place your detox water in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let it infuse and become fruity.

Take your infused water out of the fridge and enjoy it with a straw straight from the jar. Drink your fruity water within two days to avoid losing the vitamins present in it.
