Detox raspberry and banana smoothie

- 150g frozen raspberries
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 plain creamy yogurt
- 1 C. tablespoons honey (optional)

Take the frozen raspberries out of the freezer. Leave them in the refrigerator for 5 hours or put them in the microwave for 10 minutes on defrost mode. Then pass the raspberries through a colander to remove all the water. Book. Peel and cut the banana into slices. Book.
Put the thawed raspberries and banana slices in a blender. Then add the plain creamy yogurt and honey (depending on your preference). Blend all the ingredients together for 2 minutes until you get a creamy, smooth and thick detox smoothie.
Then pour your raspberry and banana smoothie into two fairly large glasses or jars. Enjoy your detox smoothie chilled. Leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes before drinking it so that it is very fresh. Garnish with hoursnt leaf and serve.
