Very trendy, homemade detox drinks have multiple benefits. Associated with a regular physical activity, they make it possible to fight against the superfluous kilos, to burn fat more easily and to eliminate toxins thus helping with weight loss. This slimming detox drink is best consumed at breakfast time.
- 1 bag of green tea
- 1 lemon
- 10 fresh mint leaves
Preparation 10 minutes
Wash the lemon and cut it into slices. Remove any seeds if any.
Place the green tea bag in a carafe. Add the lemon slices and the mint leaves, previously washed. Cover with very cold water.
Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to infuse the tea, lemon slices and mint leaves well. Serve this detox drink chilled with a few ice cubes if necessary.
To increase the benefits of this detox drink, you can add a small piece of fresh ginger to the lemon water.
