Detox black radish soup
You never think about it yet black radish is excellent for your health! This detox black radish soup is perfect for regaining a healthy body after the holidays. It does not always please this little vegetable and yet in a soup, it is easier to eat. Very low in calories, this detox recipe invites you to discover new flavors through the mixture of black radish with turnip, potato and cardamom. It’s gourmet and refined, and the cardamom adds flavor to this creamy soup.
- 1 black radish
- 2 small turnips
- 1 potato
- 12 cl of 4% fat liquid cream
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 2 tbsp. ground cardamom
- 1 liter of water

Peel the black radish and the turnips using a paring knife then wash them. Then cut them into pieces. Peel the potato then wash it and cut it into pieces as well. Book.
In a pot or casserole dish, fill with water and add the chicken broth. Bring to the boil then add the vegetables and mix with a spatula or a wooden spoon. Cover the pot and simmer the detox soup over low heat for 30 minutes.
At the end of cooking, mix all the vegetables with the liquid cream and the cardamom until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous velouté. Pepper your black radish soup then serve.
