Cucumber with Greek yogurt sauce
Ingredients :
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon lemon spirit vinegar
- salt pepper
Preparation :

Peel the cucumbers, then cut them into cubes.

Then put them in a colander with a little salt for 1 hour so that they drain.

Then put them in a tea towel and compress them so that they lose all their water.

In a dish, put the yogurt with the lemon alcohol vinegar, crushed garlic, salt and pepper, add the cucumbers.

Mix and put the salad bowl in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve.
