Cucumber, fresh cheese and smoked trout bites

Ingredients :
- 1 cucumber
- 250 g of Saint-Môret
- 6 slices of smoked trout
- Chive
- Salt pepper

Rinse the cucumber. Using the Tupperware Series Click, peel it then cut it in half lengthwise. Still using the Click series, with the coring tip, hollow out the cucumber.

Using a spatula, fill the inside of the 2 pieces of cucumber with the cream cheese. Arrange strips of smoked trout on top of the fromage frais. Close the 2 parts of the cucumber.

Plant wooden skewers every 1.5 cm then cut between each skewer. Arrange on a plate and serve!
Tips
You can replace the St Morêt with another fresh cheese or goat cheese. You can also put shoursn instead of smoked trout.
