Cucumber detox juice
Here is a cucumber detox juice that will amaze more than one! Its green juice repels some people and yet it allows our body to keep the line and the shape. This draining and dietetic drink is perfect for making us lose a few pounds or eliminating stomach aches. Whether it’s for breakfast or right after hoursal, drink a glass of it to feel light again with a flat stomach.
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 Granny apple
- 1/2 lemon
- flat-leaf parsley

Peel the half cucumber then cut it into slices. Wash the celery stalks, remove the thin fibrous film with a peeler then cut the stalks into pieces. Then peel the Granny apple and cut it into quarters. Remove the pips. Cut a lemon in half. Squeeze one half into a bowl to extract the juice, removing the seeds if necessary. Then wash the flat-leaf parsley and chop it. Book.

In a blender or juice extractor, make your cucumber smoothie. To do this, add the cucumber slices, celery pieces, apple wedges and parsley. Mix everything for 1 to 2 minutes until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture. Then add the lemon juice and mix with a spoon.

Then pour the cucumber detox juice into a glass and drink it during the day. You can add ice cubes or water if you want a thinner texture.
