Ingredients :
- 200g polenta
- 10 cl fresh cream
- 60 cl of water
- 50g grated cheese
- salt pepper

Boil the water in a saucepan.

Add the polenta and stir until it pulls away from the pan.

Remove from heat and add cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Return to heat for 2 minutes, mix well.
