Cottage cheese tart with pastry cream
To be eaten around a good coffee with friends. Enjoy your lunch !
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 500g cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 100 g fine sugar
- 1 brick of liquid cream
- 1 packet of pastry cream (or homemade pastry cream)
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation 10 minutes
Cooking 20 mins
Rest 5 minutes
Preheat the oven to th. 7 (210°C).
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Mix the yolks with the sugars, creams and cottage cheese.
Whisk the egg whites.

Gently add them to the previous preparation until a smooth paste is obtained.
Unroll the dough into hoursld and pour the mixture over it.
Bake and cook for 20 mins.
